Refund policy
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Being designer products there is a possibility of colour and visual discrepancy between the photograph displayed and the actual product due to screen resolution and photograph settings. Sufficient care is taken to ensure that products are checked for quality before being despatched.
Since the products are custom-made, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects.
Please share photographs of the product via email or Whatsapp to be eligible for replacement.
Please note, that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@paperkaite.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first raising a request will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
You can send an email at support@paperkaite.com for cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing the order and we will try to accommodate a cancellation request and money will be refunded to the original payment mode.
Please note that there is no option to cancel the order beyond the above-mentioned time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bulk orders, custom products such as special orders or personalized items etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
